A little bit about the studio:

My students are given focused one-on-one lessons once a week within the privacy of my home studio.  I teach both Broadway and Classical styles of singing and I also incorporate sight reading and ear training into every lesson.  I believe in teaching healthy and proper techniques to develop a strong and versatile voice, able to sing fluently in many genres.   I help students build self confidence by achieving short term goals like completing their first Italian Art song, and long term goals like auditioning for their college of choice.  Students have many opportunities to perform throughout the year including studio recitals, vocal competitions, church performances and school related activities including choral and musical theatre auditions and All-State choir auditions.  

*Member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS)

*Over 14 years teaching experience

*Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music, including elite roles in the Lamont Opera and Musical Theatre programs, and studies in vocal pedagogy, music theory, and music history.

*Professional experience including several solo recitals, extensive choral work, and roles in many community theatre programs.
